Identificaci\u00f3n del responsable<\/h2>\n<p>Para desbloquear la situaci\u00f3n, Cabinet d\u2019Ormane encontr\u00f3 al verdadero responsable, que hasta el momento se hab\u00eda mantenido en la sombra. Esta persona, visto su alejamiento, se hab\u00eda desinteresado del asunto, bajo el pretexto de estar saturado de trabajo.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Negociaci\u00f3n amistosa: recordatorio insistente de las obligaciones del deudor<\/h2>\n<p>Cabinet d\u2019Ormane recalc\u00f3 insistentemente al director financiero la urgencia de solucionar el asunto si quer\u00eda evitar tener que dar cuentas de su contabilidad ante el Tribunal de Comercio.<\/p>\n<h2>Resultado:<\/h2>\n<p>En menos de 15 d\u00edas, el director contable abon\u00f3 un primer pago de 7.500 euros y facilit\u00f3 las cifras de ventas.
